MIL-DTL-1183 / M1183 Bronze Fittings

MIL-F-1183 and MIL-DTL-1183

MIL-F-1183 is an older revision of MIL-DTL-1183 and remains a commonly used search term. BEC Machine Products’ M1183 Bronze Sil-Braze product line corresponds to the MIL-DTL-1183 specification.

How the M1183 Part Number System Works

BEC part numbers begin with the military specification designation, followed by identifiers for the fitting type, size, and end preparation/socket condition.

Example:

M1183/9-100A

This identifies a 1″ Sil-Braze tee with Sil-Braze rings separately packaged and attached.
